Welcome to Adrenaline Rides. By accessing and using our scooter tour booking services in Lima, Peru, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making a reservation.

Definitions

  • “Adrenaline Rides”: The company organizing guided scooter tours in Lima, Peru.

  • “User”: Any person who accesses our services and books a tour.

  • “Tour”: A guided scooter ride along a defined route.

Participation Requirements
To participate in our tours, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.

  • Comply with all traffic and safety regulations.

Bookings and Payments

  • All reservations must be made through our website or authorized channels.

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our platform.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

  • Adrenaline Rides reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, users may choose either a full refund or a free rescheduling.

Liability and Safety

  • Users are responsible for operating the scooter safely and following the guide’s instructions.

  • Adrenaline Rides is not liable for accidents caused by user negligence.

  • Mandatory safety gear will be provided and must be worn at all times.

All content on our website and promotional materials is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
